The History That Makes Us Who We Are
Honest Accurate Auto Service is an independent auto repair service center specializing in Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus and Subaru cars, trucks and SUVs. We have been family owned and operated in Colorado Springs since 1993. We own and drive these brands. We have for decades. That’s why we appreciate them so much and why we truly enjoy servicing them.
We have serviced the west side Colorado Spring’s Honda and Acura vehicles since 1993. We’re proud to call many of our customers our friends and are now serving a second generation – their children.
We opened our second facility, the East location as we like on call it on January 10, 2010. That is where we service the Toyota and Lexus brands in addition to our signature service of Honda and Acura cars.
We added Subaru to our West location in 2009, a result of our customer’s requests as stated in one of our surveys:
“…we love your service, could you possibly work on our Subaru?”
Two other requests on those customer surveys were:
1. “When will you start servicing my Toyota?” and “When will you start servicing my Lexus?”
2. “…how about opening another location on the east side of town?”
Specialization: Why we service only Honda/Acura, Toyota/Lexus and Subaru Vehicles
Our expertise in these brands originated from our personal interest in these vehicles. We all drive these cars, trucks and SUV’s as our vehicles of choice. Our Hondas and Acuras were our “babies” in 1993. As our family grew, as we listened to our customers. They called Subaru to our attention, then asked us to service Toyota and Lexus.
We know enough about cars to know that these vehicles are built with quality. We know too that when we repair them, they stay repaired and are not subject to repeated failure like so many other brands on the road today.
We’ve discovered along the way that Honda/Acura, Toyota/Lexus and Subaru owners love their cars more than most. Because of that, they expect the best and they rely on quality. We’ve risen to that challenge.
We’d love to be everything to everyone. But our interest, knowledge and training is strongest in the Honda/Acura, Subaru and Toyota/Lexus lines. Our greatest strength is in our ability to be of service to those of you who have chosen to make Honda/Acura, Toyota/Lexus and Subaru your vehicle of choice.
